Pamela Kay Cooper White, 68, of Maumelle, AR passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020, from complications of Alzheimer’s Disease. Pam was born on September 20, 1952 and lived most of her life in Magnolia, AR. She was a teacher for 37 years, almost entirely for Magnolia Public Schools, before retiring in 2014. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Magnolia and enjoyed singing in the choir. Pam loved spending time with her family and friends, and her granddaughters brought her great joy over the last 5 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Obie Cooper of Magnolia. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Blake and son-in-law, Jason Blake of Maumelle; son, Mark White of Houston, TX; granddaughters, Scarlett Blake and Norah Blake of Maumelle; mother, Cleo Cooper of Memphis, TN; sister, Carol Sibley and brother-in-law, Ken Sibley of Collierville, TN; niece, Susan Weaver of Prosper, TX, and family; niece, Shannon Reed of Germantown, TN, and family; and a host of friends. A private family graveside service will be held before she is laid to rest in Magnolia Memorial Park Cemetery. Signing of the guest book and viewing will be available on Wednesday, November 11th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia, AR. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (act.alz.org) to aid in their mission to end Alzheimer’s.
